Paul is an excellent driver who is considerate of his customers safety and comfort. He communicated clearly on where and when to meet, his vehicle offering, payment methods, journey plan including stops for food, toilet break etc. Before ascending, he briefed us what he will do to make the journey comfortable and some provisions in case we need them. He provides a bottle of Evian and you can not eat or drink in the vehicle but he stopped for us at a bakery,where we could eat a snack and pastry .
The driver drove very safely and it was a very pleasant transfer although the traffic was very busy.

Paul at Ace Private Travel was wonderful! The booking process was seamless and as soon as the transfer was confirmed Paul contacted me to make sure he had all the correct details and to see if there was anything else I needed. Paul arrived early for both our journeys and so there was no waiting around on our part. He took great care when loading and unloading our luggage and had even travelled to our chalet ahead of our arrival to make sure he knew the route ahead of time. The vehicle was spotless and fresh water was provided for each passenger. Paul was extremely well presented and clearly takes pride in his work. He took us to a lovely bakery on both trips to make sure we were sustained for the journeys ahead of us. The trip was also very reasonably priced compared to many others out there but for the service we received from Paul I would happily have paid double! I cannot recommend Paul enough!

Everything about this transfer was brilliant. Snow Compare were brilliant with communication at all times. When France closed borders and messed up plans for a month, Dave was so incredibly helpful in getting an alternative transfer. The company he used for the transfer were very professional, polite and impeccable in making it a very smooth transfer. I would use them every time in future.

Paul our driver was punctual, communicative, immaculately presented in a spotless vehicle.
Courteous and professional in every respect and an excellent driver.
The traffic was horrendous in both directions but we arrived relaxed and on time. He stopped at a bakery half way for a snack and a loo stop and water provided in the vehicle. A rather lovely Mercedes VClass.
The transfer was booked for 9.30am but due to the traffic he arrived at 7am giving us the welcome choice of an earlier departure which we did at 8.30.
We hope to use Paul for future transfers.

I have ever met.
He makes you feel comfortable without familiarity and his communication before pick up is excellent.
Our transfer was from Lyon airport to Tignes and his price was reasonable.
He is very punctual and even though the snow-conditions were terrible and the traffic simply horrendous ,
he was always calm and very focused ensuring a smooth drive.
He anticipates extremely well and he drives with 100%focus.
I did not see him touch his telephone at all whilst driving us.
The Mercedes Benz van is immaculate.
Water and usb ports for charging available.
From the reservation,the eventual meeting and the transfer you can feel that Paul is a contained,calm professional driver.
He is definitely our driver in any more visits to the Three Valleys.
